Referral Conditions

For the purpose of these conditions the person making the referral will be called the “referrer” and the person being referred will be called the “referee”.

  1. Only current (with all services confirmed and booked) or previous Vietnam Direct, Cuba Direct or Travel Direct clients can make a referral.
  2. The referee must book with Vietnam Direct, Cuba Direct or Travel Direct and have paid a deposit for the referrer to receive a £50 Amazon gift voucher.
  3. The £50 Amazon gift voucher reward is per booking, not per person. For example, if a referrer refers a booking of six people, they will receive one £50 voucher, not six.
  4. The referral offer cannot be applied retrospectively.
  5. The referee must mention the offer during their first contact with Vietnam Direct, Cuba Direct or Travel Direct.
  6. The referee’s discount will be included in the initial quoted price.
  7. The referee’s discount cannot be applied after booking as cashback.
  8. The £50 Amazon voucher cannot be exchanged for another gift or cash.
  9. There is no limit on the number of a referrals a person can make.
